In July 2018, the company SMPI was selected to renovate, transform and even bring the 89 sanitary blocks up to standard on the J&J headquarters of ISSY LES MOULINEAUX. As such and as Project Manager for new works, I ensured the steering and coordination of works and as such, I worked in close collaboration with the company SMPI which was exemplary on this file, by proposing :

A successful study in terms of visuals, accompanied by an extremely detailed costing of the proposed works and quality materials at competitive prices, which allowed the Customer to easily see, that the proposed technical solution fully responded
to the global requirements and expectations of the Client.

Second, during the 10 months of carrying out the work in an occupied environment, the SMPI company was exemplary, both in respecting the schedules for carrying out the work, especially those that were noisy and permanently leaving the common areas clean at all times, in order to never annoy the J&J employees of the site.

We had no accidents to deplore throughout the duration of the site, because the safety of SMPI employees is a very important issue for this company and even a daily culture.

Finally, the staff of this company is very respectful, attentive, responsive and professional.
